Discussion on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Management in Canteens
Food safety issues are a focus of concern for all sectors of society,and school canteens,as daily dining places for teachers and students,have particularly important food safety management.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the current problems in food safety management in school canteens,including inadequate supervision of food procurement processes,lax hygiene control during processing,and aging or insufficient equipment and facilities.And in response to these issues,improvement measures have been proposed,such as improving the food procurement process and traceability mechanism,strictly enforcing hygiene standards during the processing,and updating equipment and facilities to improve the dining environment,aiming to establish a comprehensive food safety guarantee system,provide safe and healthy catering services for teachers and students,and promote the sustainable development of school canteens.
