From the perspective of high-quality development,universities should explore a cafeteria management model that meets both national policy requirements and is suitable for the development of the new era,improve the satisfaction of teachers and students with the cafeteria,and benefit the school,enterprises,and teachers and students.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of four business models for university canteens:independent operation,full outsourcing,labor dispatch,and service outsourcing.It proposes a new model of"school enterprise joint venture"for university canteens,analyzes the key practices and advantages and disadvantages of the new model,and aims to provide theoretical reference for the reform of university canteen business models,further improve the quality and efficiency of university canteen catering services,and assist in the high-quality development of university canteens.
