The food safety management of fresh agricultural products is the key link to protect the health of consumers.Starting from the connotation of food safety management of fresh agricultural products,this paper expounds its definition and characteristics,identifies key control points in the food safety management of fresh agricultural products,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the risk prevention and control of food safety management of fresh agricultural products,in order to contribute to the optimization and improvement of the food safety management system of fresh agricultural products.
