Application and Challenges of Metrological Verification in Food Quality Control
This article systematically analyzes the important role of metrological verification in quality control processes such as food raw material acceptance,production process control,and product inspection.The main challenges faced by metrological verification in the application of food quality control were highlighted,including immature special parameter verification technology,high technical requirements for production environment adaptability,as well as management issues such as inadequate management system and insufficient attention.In response to these challenges,improvement measures such as strengthening the research and development of specialized measuring instruments,promoting the application of intelligent calibration technology,optimizing management systems,and building collaborative mechanisms have been proposed to promote the effective application of metrological calibration in food quality control.
