Food physical and chemical testing is an important means to ensure food safety and quality.Accurate physical and chemical testing can evaluate the content of nutrients,harmful substances,and other trace elements in food,thereby ensuring consumer health.Although trace elements are present in very small amounts in food,they have a significant impact on human health.Therefore,the research and quality control of trace element detection methods have become the focus of attention in the field of food inspection.This article elaborates on the importance,influencing factors,and specific measures of quality control in food physical and chemical testing.At the same time,it deeply analyzes common trace element testing methods,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the accuracy and reliability of food physical and chemical testing.
