Determination of Four Aflatoxins in Soybean Oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry with Immunoaffinity Column Cleanup
This article establishes an analytical method for the determination of four aflatoxins(B1,B2,G1,and G2)in soybean oil using immunoaffinity column purification high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was separated by an immunoaffinity column and then determined by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Quantification was performed using an external standard method to experimentally verify the precision and recovery rate. The results showed that the four types of aflatoxins had good linear relationships within their respective concentration ranges, with correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.995 0.The detection limit was 0.070~0.021 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit was 0.06~0.20 μg·kg-1.The recovery rate of spiked samples ranges from 88.7%to 108.5%,with a relative standard deviation of 0.3%to 7.2%.This method has good purification efficiency, high accuracy, high sensitivity, and good tolerance, and can be used for accurate detection of four types of aflatoxins in soybean oil.
