Study on the Antioxidant and UV Resistance of Mangiferin in Mango Leaves
The antioxidant and anti-UV effects of mangiferin in mango leaves were studied in vitro.Antioxidant results showed that mangiferin could effectively scavenge DPPH free radicals and ABTS+free radicals,and showed excellent total antioxidant capacity.The results of anti-ultraviolet radiation showed that mangiferin had certain ultraviolet absorption ability.
