Analysis of the Application of Immune Detection Technology in Food Inspection
Immunoassay technology is widely used for screening and quantitative analysis of harmful substances in food due to its advantages of easy operation,strong specificity,and high sensitivity.This article analyzes the problems faced by immune detection technology,such as insufficient specificity caused by antibody cross reactivity,difficulty in detecting low concentration substances due to sensitivity limitations,and matrix effect interference in detection accuracy.Strategies such as optimizing antibody selection,applying signal amplification technology,and adopting matrix matching correction are proposed to enhance the specificity and sensitivity of this technology,reduce matrix effect interference,and provide effective solutions for the improvement of food immune detection technology,which will help further improve the accuracy and reliability of food safety detection.
