Strategies for Improving Food Service Quality in the Hotel Industry Based on Brand Image
The quality of food service in the hotel industry directly affects its brand image and customer satisfaction.This study aims to analyze the current situation and bottlenecks of hotel food service quality based on brand image,and propose targeted improvement strategies using methods such as supply chain management,specialized human resource training,food safety monitoring system construction,and service process standardization.The research results indicate that by optimizing supplier management,strengthening employee training,establishing a full traceability system,and developing standardized service operating procedures,the level of hotel food service can be effectively improved,thereby promoting the comprehensive enhancement of brand image.
