摘要
计量作为食品安全监管的重要技术手段,在食品生产、流通、检验等环节发挥着不可或缺的作用.然而,当前我国食品计量工作存在计量标准溯源体系不完善、检测设备精度偏差及检验方法标准化程度低等问题.为此,本文提出构建多级计量标准传递链、优化检测设备校准周期及制定统一计量检验规程等对策,以期提高食品安全监管的有效性.
Abstract
As an important technical means of food safety supervision,measurement plays an indispensable role in food production,circulation,inspection and other links.However,there are some problems in the current food metrology in China,such as imperfect traceability system of metrology standards,accuracy deviation of testing equipment and low standardization degree of testing methods.In order to improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as constructing multi-level measurement standard transmission chain,optimizing calibration cycle of testing equipment and formulating unified measurement inspection procedures.
