Food safety is an important issue related to national economic development and people's health.Food testing technology plays an important role in ensuring food safety,promoting economic development and maintaining social stability,but there are still some deficiencies.Based on this,this paper systematically combs the existing food safety testing technology,identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology,and provides a theoretical basis for further promoting the development of food testing technology,improving the level of food testing,and better ensuring food safety.
