本文从食品安全标准视角,系统分析当前我国食品检验检测存在的主要问题,包括检测标准滞后、技术水平不足、质量管理失效等,并针对这些问题,提出具体的改善对策,旨在通过多方协同治理,不断完善食品安全标准体系,提升检验检测技术水平和质量管理能力,保障食品安全.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of food safety standards,this article systematically analyzes the main problems in current food inspection and testing in China,including outdated testing standards,insufficient technical level,and ineffective quality management.Specific improvement measures are proposed to address these issues,aiming to continuously improve the food safety standard system through multi-party collaborative governance,enhance the level of inspection and testing technology and quality management capabilities,and ensure food safety.
