摘要

本研究分析 2017-2023 年广西百色市食品安全风险监测结果,旨在了解当地食品安全状况,为制定精确高效的预防措施提供坚实依据.监测结果显示,2017-2023 年,监测的 870 份食品样本中,有27 份微生物超标,超标率为 3.10%.这表明该地存在一定的食品安全风险,相关部门应重点关注并采取相应措施.

Abstract

This study analyzed the results of food safety risk monitoring in Baise,Guangxi from 2017 to 2023,aiming to understand the local food safety situation and provide a solid basis for formulating accurate and efficient preventive measures.The monitoring results showed that from 2017 to 2023,27 of the 870 food samples monitored,exceeded the microbial standard,with an excess rate of 3.10%.This indicated that there is a certain food safety risk in this place,and relevant departments should pay attention to it and take corresponding measures.
