Abstract
This paper summarizes food testing,points out the factors affecting food safety,discusses the significance of food testing to ensure food safety,analyzes the common problems of food testing,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize food testing,aiming at further ensuring food safety and creating a good and assured consumption environment.
