随着食品安全标准日益严格,食品中农药残留的工作变得尤为重要.本文深入探讨了影响食品农药残留检测结果的因素,包括样品采集、样品处理、检测方法选择以及操作执行等.针对这些影响因素,本文提出了一系列控制策略,以期提高食品农药残留检测结果的准确性,确保食品安全.
Abstract
As food safety standards become increasingly stringent,the work of pesticide residues in food has become particularly important.This article deeply explores the factors that affect the results of food pesticide residue detection,including sample collection,sample processing,detection method selection,and operation execution.In response to these influencing factors,this article proposes a series of control strategies to improve the accuracy of food pesticide residue detection results and ensure food safety.
