Abstract
This article systematically elaborates on the application of metrological verification in food inspection,with a focus on the verification methods of main measuring instruments such as analytical scales,glass measuring instruments,thermometers,etc.,including specific contents such as appearance inspection and performance assessment.At the same time,the specific applications of metrological testing in different types of inspections such as food physical and chemical index inspection,microbiological inspection,and sensory inspection were deeply explored.Research has shown that standardized metrological verification work is of great significance for controlling measurement errors,improving the quality of inspection data,and ensuring food safety,providing reliable metrological assurance for food inspection.
