高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生法测定食品中黄曲霉毒素的不确定度评定

本文采用高效液相色谱-柱后衍生法中光化学衍生测定食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1 和G2 含量.结果表明,样品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1 和G2 含量分别为(0.873±0.039)μg·kg-1、(0.227±0.011)μg·kg-1、(0.811±0.054)μg·kg-1 和(0.214±0.014)μg·kg-1,(k=2).通过系统分析整个测定过程的影响因素,评估不确定度来源,对各个不确定度分量进行评定,可以看出对测量结果影响较大的是测量重复性、标准溶液配制引入的不确定度,而对测量结果影响较小的是样品称量、样品处理后所定容的体积和标准曲线的拟合.
Uncertainty Evaluation for The Measurement of Aflatoxins in Foods Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Post Column Photochemical Derivatization
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-post column photochemical derivatization was used to determine the content of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1,G2 in food.The results indicate that when the contents of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 in the test samples are(0.873±0.039)μg·kg-1,(0.227±0.011)μg·kg-1,(0.811±0.054)μg·kg-1 and(0.214±0.014)μg·kg-1,(k=2),respectively.By systematically analyzing the influencing factors throughout the determination process,assessing the sources of uncertainty,and evaluating each component of uncertainty,it was found that the measurement repeatability and the uncertainty introduced by the preparation of standard solutions have a significant impact on the measurement results,while the impact of sample weighing,the volume after sample treatment and final volume,and the fitting of the standard curve on the measurement results is relatively minor.
