Uncertainty Evaluation for The Measurement of Aflatoxins in Foods Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Post Column Photochemical Derivatization
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-post column photochemical derivatization was used to determine the content of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1,G2 in food. The results indicate that when the contents of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 in the test samples are(0.873±0.039)μg·kg-1,(0.227±0.011)μg·kg-1,(0.811±0.054)μg·kg-1 and(0.214±0.014)μg·kg-1,(k=2),respectively.By systematically analyzing the influencing factors throughout the determination process, assessing the sources of uncertainty, and evaluating each component of uncertainty,it was found that the measurement repeatability and the uncertainty introduced by the preparation of standard solutions have a significant impact on the measurement results, while the impact of sample weighing, the volume after sample treatment and final volume, and the fitting of the standard curve on the measurement results is relatively minor.
