Simultaneous Determination of Four Organochlorine and Pyrethroid Residues in Substitute Tea by Gas Chromatography
A method for the simultaneous determination of four organochlorine and pyrethroid residues in substitute tea by gas chromatography was established.Substitute tea samples were extracted by acetonitrile,filtered,extracted with saturated sodium chloride solution,purified by florisil column,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detector.The results showed that the chromatographic separation effect of 10 pesticide components was good,and the linear relationship was good in their respective linear ranges.The detection limit was from 0.000 1 mg·kg-1 to 0.002 0 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate was from 90.3%to 99.8%,and the relative standard deviation was from 1.38%to 4.95%.The method is accurate,rapid and has high recovery rate,and is suitable for the determination of four kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid residues in substitute tea.
