Optimization of Veterinary Drug Residue Detection Method Based on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry
This article uses liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry to detect residues of sulfonamide veterinary drugs in aquatic products. The results showed that within the linear range from 2 ng·mL-1 to 800 ng·mL-1,the correlation coefficients of the five sulfonamide veterinary drugs were all greater than 0.99,indicating a good linear relationship of the equation;the detection limit of five sulfonamide veterinary drugs rang from 0.002 μg·kg-1 to 0.120 μ g·kg-1,and the quantification limit range from 0.012 μg·kg-1 to 0.370 μg·kg-1;at spiked levels of 25 μg·kg-1,50 μg·kg-1,and 100 μg·kg-1,the average recovery rates of five sulfonamide veterinary drugs in aquatic products was 58.10%to 124.37%,with a relative standard deviation of 5.63%to 15.03%.
