摘要

目的:利用薄层色谱(Thin-Layer Chromatography,TLC)鉴别方法确定杞苓氨基酸口服液的特征成分,制订产品控制指标.方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2020 版)薄层色谱法(通则 0502)对主要成分枸杞子进行定性鉴别.结果:枸杞子的薄层色谱斑点清晰可见,在与对照药材相应的位置上,显示相同颜色的荧光斑点,阴性样品无干扰影响.结论:枸杞子鉴别方法操作简便、重复性好、专属性强,检测结果稳定可靠,可作为杞苓氨基酸口服液的质量控制方法之一.

Abstract

Objective:Identifying the characteristic components of Qiling amino acid oral liquid use thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method and establish product control indicators.Method:The thin-layer chromatography method(General Method No.0502 in Pharmacopoeia of China,2020 edition)was used to qualitatively identify the main components of wolfberry.Result:The thin-layer chromatography spots of wolfberry were clearly visible,and the same colored fluorescent spots appeared at the corresponding position with the control herbal materials.No interference was observed in the negative sample.Conclusion:The identification method for wolfberries is easy to operate,good repeatability,strong specificity,and stable and reliable detection results.It can be used as one of the quality control methods for Qiling amino acid oral liquid.
