Study on the Detection Method and Elimination Pattern of Residual Eugenol in Grouper
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of eugenol residues in grouper by gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and to study the digestion law of eugenol in grouper.Method:The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and separated on a DB-5 capillary column. The samples were quantified by external standard method in multiple reaction monitoring mode.Result:Eugenol had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 10~200 ng·mL-1,with a linear coefficient greater than 0.999 0.The limits of detection and quantification were 5 µg·kg-1 and 10 µg·kg-1,respectively.When the concentration was 10~100 µg·kg-1,the average spike recovery was 99.3%~111.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.12%~7.54%.Conclusion:This method has simple pretreatment operation, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and is suitable for the detection of eugenol residues in grouper.Eugenol was eliminated rapidly in grouper within the first 3 days, and the elimination rate tended to be slow over time.
