Public Food Nutrition Issues and Improvement Strategies
Starting from the characteristics of public food in China,this article systematically analyzes the current problems of lack of nutritional knowledge,imbalanced dietary structure,and improper dietary behavior among the public in terms of food nutrition.It also proposes to carry out nutrition education through multiple levels and channels to enhance public nutrition literacy;pay attention to optimizing ingredient selection and building a balanced diet model;cultivate healthy eating habits and strengthen self nutrition management.The implementation of these strategies requires collaboration and cooperation from multiple parties such as the government,social organizations,enterprises,and individuals to jointly promote the improvement of national nutrition and health levels.
