Discussion on the Internationalization Strategy of Chinese Food from the Perspective of Food Culture
The international dissemination of Chinese cuisine culture plays a non-negligible role in enhancing China's cultural soft power,and it is also a crucial path for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese catering industry.Despite this,the globalization of Chinese cuisine has encountered numerous challenges,including but not limited to cross-cultural differences,variations in dietary preferences,and food safety issues.This study,from the perspective of food culture,conducts an in-depth analysis of various strategies to promote the internationalization of Chinese cuisine,covering key aspects such as deeply exploring the cultural heritage of Chinese cuisine,innovating Chinese cuisine dishes,enhancing the international image of Chinese cuisine brands,and strengthening talent cultivation in the field of Chinese cuisine.Adopting and implementing these strategies will not only help accelerate the promotion of Chinese cuisine worldwide but also positively contribute to the continuous inheritance and further development of Chinese cuisine culture.
