"6S"模式在食品分析本科教学实验室日常安全管理中的应用探索

摘要
高校实验室是培养人才的场所,更是推进科技创新的重要基地,但由于实验室危险因素较多、管理水平参差不齐,日常管理过程中存在安全隐患.针对当前高校实验室管理要求,结合本校区食品分析实验室具体情况,将"6S"模式应用于食品分析本科教学实验室日常安全管理中,从"人""事""物"3 个方面入手优化管理.实践表明,该模式的实施可改善实验室环境、提高实验器材使用效率、培养学生良好习惯,从而提升实验室安全管理水平,大大改善教学质量.
Abstract
University laboratory is place for training talents and important base for promoting scientific and technological innovation.However,due to the numerous hazardous factors and varying levels of management in the laboratory,there are safety hazards in the daily management process.With referring to the current requirements for laboratory management in university,combined with the specific situation of the food analysis laboratory in our campus,the"6S"model is applied to the daily safety management of food analysis undergraduate teaching laboratory,optimizing management from three aspects:"people","things",and"materials".Practice has shown that the implementation of this model can improve the laboratory environment,enhance the using efficiency of experimental equipment and develop good habits among students,thereby enhance the level of laboratory safety management and improve teaching quality significantly.
