摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,大数据技术在食品安全管理领域的应用日益广泛.本研究选取某地区食品安全监管数据作为样本,运用大数据分析技术进行处理和评估.结果显示,大数据技术的应用明显提高了食品安全风险预警的准确性.同时,通过建立食品安全大数据平台,实现了跨部门信息共享,提高了监管效率.此外,大数据分析对消费者食品安全意识的提升也产生了积极影响.本次研究为进一步优化食品安全管理策略提供了数据支持和决策参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,big data technology is increasingly widely used in the field of food safety management.In this study,food safety regulatory data in a certain region were selected as samples,and big data analysis technology was used to process and evaluate.The results show that the application of big data technology significantly improves the accuracy of food safety risk early warning.At the same time,through the establishment of a food safety big data platform,cross-departmental information sharing has been realized and the efficiency of supervision has been improved.In addition,big data analytics has also had a positive impact on the improvement of consumers'awareness of food safety.This study provides data support and decision-making reference for further optimizing food safety management strategies.
