摘要
农药在柑橘类水果的生产周期中发挥着重要作用,但农药残留问题会直接影响到食品安全和人体健康.随着农药种类的多样化和使用量的增加,柑橘类水果中农药残留检测技术的发展成为研究热点.基于此,本文通过介绍柑橘类水果农药残留现状,分析农药残留检测技术的优缺点及应用前景,以期为柑橘类水果农药残留检测领域的相关研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
Pesticides play an important role in the production cycle of citrus fruits,but pesticide residue issues can directly affect food safety and human health.With the diversification of pesticide types and the increase in usage,the development of pesticide residue detection technology in citrus fruits has become a research hotspot.Based on this,this article introduces the current situation of pesticide residues in citrus fruits,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,and application prospects of pesticide residue detection technology,in order to provide theoretical reference for relevant research in the field of pesticide residue detection in citrus fruits.
