Abstract
As people pay more and more attention to food safety issues,the detection of veterinary drug residues in food of animal origin has become a key link in ensuring food safety.As an advanced detection technology,high-resolution mass spectrometry plays an increasingly important role in the detection of veterinary drug residues due to its high resolution,high accuracy,high mass precision and rapid scanning capabilities.This article aims to explore the application of high-resolution mass spectrometry in the detection of veterinary drug residues in food of animal origin,covering technical principles,application examples,sample pretreatment methods,data analysis and processing,relevant standards and regulations,and future development trends,in order to provide a reference for veterinary drug residue detection.
