Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Expiry Food
Food safety has always been the key to the sustainable and healthy development of China's food industry,and it is also related to people's health and safety.The implementation of food safety risk management for expiry food can guarantee the life and health of consumers.In view of this,this paper describes the expiry food and its characteristics,analyzes the problems existing in the management of expiry food,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at laying a good foundation for the sustainable development of this industry.
