危害分析和关键控制点(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point,HACCP)在提高食品安全水平、促进国际贸易、提高企业管理水平方面有重要意义.本文针对HACCP体系在企业食品安全管理中组建HACCP小组、产品描述、产品预期用途识别等进行探讨,以期为相关企业提供有效参考.
Abstract
Hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)is of great significance in improving food safety,promoting international trade,and enhancing enterprise management.This article explores the establishment of HACCP teams,product descriptions,and identification of expected product uses in enterprise food safety management,with the aim of providing effective references for relevant enterprises.
