Pesticide Residue Status and Dietary Exposure Assessment in Commercially Available Vegetables in Zhaoqing From 2021 to 2023
In order to understand the pesticide residues in vegetables in Zhaoqing city,Guangdong province,the detection results of pesticide residues in 10 280 vegetable samples of edible agricultural products in Zhaoqing city from 2021 to 2023 were collected and analyzed,and their dietary exposure was evaluated.The results showed that the top 10 pesticides that exceeded the standard rate were tebuconazole,fenthion,clothianidin,carbendazim,cyromazine,chlorpyrifos,thiamethoxam,myclobutanil,cyhalothrin and triazophos(chlorpyrifos and triazophos are national prohibited pesticides).Among the pesticides exceeding the standard,triazophos,omethoate and carbofuran had unacceptable risk of chronic dietary intake.Triazophos,carbofuran,fipronil,omethoate and fenthion pose an unacceptable risk of acute dietary intake.Among the 60 kinds of vegetables sampled,the top 10 vegetables exceeded the standard rate were cowpea,pod pea,onion,spinach,ginger,celery,chili,radish,common cabbage,bell pepper,of which cowpea exceeded the standard rate of the highest(12.37%),and six kinds of national banned pesticides were detected.
