Research on Safety Evaluation and Optimization Strategies for Food Additive Regulatory Mechanism
With the rapid development of the food industry,the application of food additives in food production and processing is becoming more and more extensive.However,the improper use or misuse of food additives may lead to food safety problems and pose a threat to public health.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the safety assessment and supervision mechanism of food additives.This paper expounds the necessity of food additive safety assessment and optimization of regulatory mechanism,introduces the safety assessment specifications of food additives,analyzes the existing problems of the current regulatory mechanism of food additives,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies,aiming to provide reference for the rational use and effective supervision of food additives.
