Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of digital intelligence technology is increasingly extensive in various fields.In terms of food safety and quality control,the empowering effect of digital intelligence has become increasingly prominent.In this paper,the importance,specific application,challenges and future development trend of digital intelligence technology in food safety and quality control are discussed in depth,aiming at providing useful reference for improving food safety and quality control.
