Influencing Factors of Food Inspection Quality and Control Countermeasures
With the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,the importance of food inspection and testing has become increasingly prominent.However,the quality of food inspection and testing is easily affected by laboratory environment,sample collection and processing,testing methods,equipment and other factors,resulting in lower accuracy and reliability of test results.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and ensure public health,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening laboratory environment control,standardizing sample collection and processing processes,optimizing detection technologies,strengthening the management of instruments and equipment,and improving the professional quality and operation skills of personnel.
