Microbial control technology is of great significance to ensure food quality and maintain public health.This paper briefly introduces the classification and principle of microbial control technology,and the wide application of microbial control technology in food engineering is discussed in depth.Through specific case analysis,the successful application of this technology in dairy products,meat products and other food industries is demonstrated.
