摘要

食品安全是关乎公众生命健康与生活质量的重要议题.随着全球经济一体化进程的加速和食品加工技术的迅猛发展,食品供应链变得日益复杂,食品安全面临的挑战也随之加剧.食品检验检测作为保障食品安全的关键环节,其质量控制与细节问题日益成为社会各界关注的焦点.因此,本文对食品检验检测的质量控制及细节问题进行深入探讨,以期为提升食品安全水平提供有力的支撑.

Abstract

Food safety is an important issue related to public health and quality of life.With the acceleration of the global economic integration process and the rapid development of food processing technology,the food supply chain has become increasingly complex,and the challenges faced by food safety have also intensified.Food inspection and testing as a key link to ensure food safety,its quality control and details increasingly become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Therefore,this paper discusses the quality control and details of food inspection and testing,in order to provide strong support for improving food safety level.
