Analysis of Food Microbial Safety Risk Monitoring Results in Pingdu City,Shandong Province from 2021 to 2024
Objective:To analyze the food microbiological safety risks in Pingdu city,Shandong province from 2021 to 2024,proactively identify safety hazards in food, and provide support for the formulation of food safety standards, risk warning, and supervision and management.Method:According to the relevant requirements of the Implementation Plan for Food Safety Risk Monitoring in Qingdao City, the food sold in Pingdu city from 2021 to 2024 was collected and the microbial items were detected and analyzed.Result:From 2021 to 2024,a total of 220 food samples from 6 categories were tested, and 20 samples were found to contain foodborne pathogens, with a detection rate of 9.09%(20/220).Among them,Listeria monocytogenes had the highest detection rate at 4.55%(10/220),followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus at 1.82%(4/220)and Salmonella at 1.36%(3/220);among the various types of food tested, meat and meat products had the highest detection rate of pathogenic bacteria,at 37.50%(15/40),followed by aquatic animals and their products at 8.00%(4/50);based on the comprehensive analysis of pathogenic bacteria detection rate and food types, the detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes in meat and meat products was the highest,at 22.50%(9/40),and the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic animals and their products was the highest,at 8.00%(4/50);the detection rates of pathogenic bacteria in food from 2021 to 2024 are 8.00%,0%,8.00%and 15.00%.Conclusion:The overall microbiological safety status of food in Pingdu city is relatively good, but some foods show varying degrees of microbiological contamination.Meat and meat products, aquatic animals and their products have a higher risk of microbiological contamination, and need to strengthen supervision.
