固相萃取柱净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源性食品中的五氯酚

根据《食品安全国家标准 动物源性食品中五氯酚残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱法》(GB 23200.92-2016)规定的方法对畜禽水产品中五氯酚含量进行测定,通过条件优化、质控样方法验证、不同仪器型号测试使检测条件达到最优.结果表明,以100%纯乙腈为定容液,在1~20 ng·mL-1 的添加量下,五氯酚的平均回收率为 84%~95%,相对标准偏差为 1.72%~2.38%,该方法满足大批量畜禽水产品中五氯酚残留量的检测.
Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Animal-Derived Foods by Solid-Phase Extraction Column Purification-Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
According to the method specified in the GB 23200.92-2016,the content of pentachlorophenol in livestock and poultry aquatic products was determined.The detection conditions were optimized,the quality control sample method was validated,and different instrument models were tested to achieve the optimal detection conditions.The results showed that using 100%pure acetonitrile as the constant volume solution and adding from 1 ng·mL-1 to 20 ng·mL-1,the average recovery rate of pentachlorophenol was 84%to 95%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.72%to 2.38%.This method is suitable for the detection of residual pentachlorophenol in large-scale livestock and poultry aquatic products.
