Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Animal-Derived Foods by Solid-Phase Extraction Column Purification-Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
According to the method specified in the GB 23200.92-2016,the content of pentachlorophenol in livestock and poultry aquatic products was determined. The detection conditions were optimized, the quality control sample method was validated, and different instrument models were tested to achieve the optimal detection conditions. The results showed that using 100%pure acetonitrile as the constant volume solution and adding from 1 ng·mL-1 to 20 ng·mL-1,the average recovery rate of pentachlorophenol was 84%to 95%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.72%to 2.38%.This method is suitable for the detection of residual pentachlorophenol in large-scale livestock and poultry aquatic products.
