基因编辑技术在食源性微生物检测中的应用研究进展

食源性微生物污染严重威胁人类健康,而传统检测方法如培养法、生化检测法、免疫学检测法和分子生物学检测法存在一定局限性.近年来,基因编辑技术的快速发展为食源性微生物检测带来了新机遇.与传统方法相比,基因编辑技术在灵敏度、特异性和检测速度上表现出优势,可检测低拷贝数的目标核酸、精准识别目标微生物且耗时短.本文综述了食源性微生物的传统检测方法、新型基因编辑技术及其应用前景.
Research Progress on the Application of Gene Editing Technologies in the Detection of Foodborne Microorganisms
Foodborne microbial contamination poses a serious threat to human health,and traditional detection methods such as culture methods,biochemical detection methods,immunological detection methods,and molecular biological detection methods have certain limitations.In recent years,with the rapid development of gene editing technology,new opportunities have emerged for the detection of foodborne microorganisms.Compared with traditional methods,gene editing technology has advantages in sensitivity,specificity,and detection speed,capable of detecting low copy number target nucleic acids,accurately identifying target microorganisms,and being time-efficient.This article mainly reviews the traditional detection methods for foodborne microorganisms,new gene editing technologies,and their application prospects.
