摘要
随着人们生活水平和食品安全意识的不断提高,食品标签标识成为消费者选择购买商品的重要依据.本文通过预包装食品相关标准、文件,分析通过预包装食品标签标识选购商品的具体方法及国内预包装食品标签标识存在的问题,为健全食品安全体系、指导监督管理工作提供重要的参考依据.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and food safety awareness,food labeling has become an important basis for consumers to choose and purchase goods.This article analyzes specific methods of selecting goods through prepackaged food label identification and the problems existing in domestic prepackaged food labeling based on relevant standards and documents on prepackaged foods.It provides an important reference for improving the food safety system and supervision and management work.
