摘要
食品过敏原检测技术的发展及其管理措施对保障公共健康具有重要意义.本文通过综合评估免疫学方法、分子生物学技术、生物传感器技术以及新兴技术的特点,揭示了各自在食品过敏原中的应用潜力,并从预防措施、应急响应与法规遵从、法规与政策分析方面探讨了食品过敏原的应对措施.
Abstract
The development and management measures of food allergen detection technology are of great significance for safeguarding public health.This article comprehensively evaluates the characteristics of immunological methods,molecular biology technologies,biosensor technologies,and emerging technologies to reveal their potential applications in food allergens.It also explores the response measures for food allergens from the perspectives of preventive measures,emergency response and regulatory compliance,and regulatory and policy analysis.
