Abstract
As a crucial link in ensuring food safety,the importance of food testing is becoming increasingly prominent.With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the improvement of public awareness of food safety,food testing technology is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.This article aims to explore the current status,future development trends,and challenges of food testing technology,aiming to provide useful references for the development of food testing technology.
