Application of Modern Detection Technology in Food
With the increasingly prominent issue of food safety,people are paying more and more attention to the quality,safety,and nutritional value of food.In order to meet the needs of food enterprises,consumers,and food regulatory authorities,various food quality testing and inspection technologies have emerged.This article briefly describes the application of common food detection techniques such as thin-layer chromatography,near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology,optical sensing technology,high-performance liquid chromatography,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in food,providing technical support for food safety supervision.
