摘要
随着益生菌和人体共生关系研究的深入,菌种的快速发现、分离和筛选,以及益生菌产品质量的高效管控都有赖于检测及鉴定技术的进步.本文综述了表型、基因型等鉴定技术以及常用的定量检测技术的研究进展.近年来,研究者们逐步将多种检测技术结合应用,提供多维度的检测方案,并进行相互验证,推动了检测技术向系统化、精准化、高效化以及低成本化的方向发展.本文为益生菌的日常检测研究提供了参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the deepening of research on the symbiotic relationship between probiotics and the human body,the rapid discovery,isolation and screening of bacterial species,as well as the efficient control of the quality of probiotic products,all rely on the progress of detection and identification technologies.This article reviews the research progress of phenotypic and genotypic identification technologies and commonly used quantitative detection technologies.In recent years,researchers have gradually combined and applied a variety of detection technologies,provided multi-dimensional detection schemes,and conducted mutual verification,which has promoted the development of detection technology towards systematization,precision,efficiency and low cost.This article provides a reference for the daily detection research of probiotics.
