摘要
随着现代食品工业的发展,食品添加剂在改善食品品质、保障食品安全和满足消费者需求方面发挥着重要作用,食品添加剂的安全性问题也日益受到关注.本文详细介绍了食品添加剂安全性检测指标,探讨了食品添加剂安全性检测技术,包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、质谱法、原子吸收光谱法以及电子舌检测技术等,并提出了一系列确保食品添加剂安全性的措施.
Abstract
With the development of the modern food industry,food additives play an important role in improving food quality,ensuring food safety and meeting consumer demands,and the safety issues of food additives have attracted increasing attention.This paper elaborates in detail the safety detection indicators of food additives and the safety detection technologies of food additives,including high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry,atomic absorption spectrometry and electronic tongue detection technology,etc.It also puts forward a series of measures to ensure the safety of food additives.
