Generation and Control Measures for Disinfection By-Products in Drinking Water Pipeline Network
With the rapid development of urbanization and the increasing demand for drinking water safety, the importance of the drinking water pipeline network is becoming increasingly prominent. However, during the disinfection process of drinking water, disinfection by-products are easily generated, posing potential risks to drinking water safety. The generation of these disinfection by-products is influenced by various factors, such as water source quality, disinfectant type and dosage, water pH value, and temperature.Based on this, this article deeply explores the generation mechanism, influencing factors, and hazards of disinfection by-products,proposes measures to optimize disinfection processes, reduce precursor substances of by-products through pretreatment, and control strategies for pipeline operation management,in order to effectively control the generation of disinfection by-products,ensure drinking water safety, and improve drinking water quality. This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the scientific management of drinking water pipelines.
