摘要
近年来,新技术在食品微生物检验检测中的应用日益广泛,不仅提高了检测的准确性和灵敏度,还为食品安全提供了可靠的保障.因此,相关部门应重视新技术在食品微生物检验检测中的重要作用,应用基因检测技术、生物传感技术、免疫学检验检测技术以及高光谱图像技术等新技术,实现对食品中微生物的快速、准确检测,以此保障食品安全.
Abstract
In recent years,new technologies have been widely used in food microbial inspection and testing,which not only improves the accuracy and sensitivity of detection,but also provides a reliable guarantee for food safety.Therefore,relevant departments should pay attention to the important role of new technologies in the inspection and testing of food microorganisms,and apply new technologies such as gene detection technology,biosensing technology,immunological inspection and detection technology and hyperspectral image technology to achieve rapid and accurate detection of microorganisms in food,so as to ensure food safety.
