Study on Countermeasures of Canteen Food Hygiene and Safety Management
In order to ensure food safety,China has formulated a series of relevant laws,regulations and standards.However,food safety accidents happen from time to time and pose a threat to people's health.This paper expounds the importance of canteen food hygiene and safety,analyzes the problems existing in canteen food hygiene and safety management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to provide more safe and healthy canteen food for the public.
