摘要

将PDCA循环应用于大型餐饮酒店企业加强食品安全风险管控的过程中,有利于建立健全餐饮企业食品安全风险管控动态管理体系,持续推动餐饮企业提高食品安全风险管控水平.本文对大型餐饮酒店企业食品安全风险管控中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了通过PDCA循环加强大型餐饮酒店企业食品安全风险管控的应用方案.

Abstract

The application of PDCA cycle in the process of strengthening food safety risk management and control in large catering hotel enterprises is conducive to establishing and improving the dynamic management system of food safety risk management and control in catering enterprises,and continuously promoting catering enterprises to improve the level of food safety risk management and control.This work analyzes the problems in the food safety risk management and control of large catering hotel enterprises.Meanwhile,the application solution of PDCA cycle in the process of strengthening the food safety risk management and control of large catering hotel enterprises was proposed.
