Analysis of Microbial Contamination Status and Influencing Factors of Prefabricated Vegetables in Aquatic Products
As people's pace of life accelerates,quick,convenient,and efficient pre-made dishes have become the mainstream pursuit of national dietary.Development space for the pre-made dishes industry is large,and the market demand is high.However,due to the influence of microorganisms,it faces food safety.This article combines the current state of the pre-made dishes industry to analyze the situation and influencing factors of microbial contamination in pre-made dishes.It provides a reference exploring the path of safe and healthy development of the pre-made dishes industry.
