In today's society,food safety has become the focus of public attention,and the quality and safety of agricultural products as the cornerstone of food safety,its importance is self-evident.As a core issue in the quality and safety of agricultural products,pesticide residues not only directly affect the health of consumers,but also pose a potential threat to the ecological environment safety,so it is very important to strengthen the detection of pesticide residues.However,at present,in the safety supervision of agricultural products,there are problems such as lagging technology,imperfect supervision system,low information transparency and weak safety awareness of farmers,which not only restricts the improvement of the quality of agricultural products,but also hinders the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to comprehensively improve the efficiency of pesticide residue detection and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,it is necessary to introduce advanced detection technology,improve the supervision system,strengthen data sharing and strengthen publicity and education.
